Sonja created Baroque Remix to give presenters, audiences and musicians a fun, joyful, fresh and relatable experience with Baroque music, one that easily pulls in new and young audiences. Click on the photo to watch our promo video.
The spaces and instrumentation are flexible, and every show is rewritten to provide local humor and references. The shows are family friendly as they stand, but we do have libretti written specifically for very young kids 4 and under. English and Spanish supertitles are available, and the show is 70 minutes long.

Beat Song is dedicated to commissioning and performing works that explore the first instruments of humankind: percussion and voice. In addition to recreating early works by Downland and Purcell and performing today's most established contemporary composers, world premieres include works by Matthew Peterson (ASCAP Nissim Prize winner, 2013), Adam Jacob Simon, and Emmy award-winning composer Kareem Roustom.
